BSc (Hons), CPPD AIPM-CPPD, IA, Accredited Mediator, MCA, Panel member for Australian Standards (project management), Member of Strata Groups SCA and OCN, Advisor to Body Corporates and Strata Managers Colin is the lead Consultant to his team, with a vast knowledge of Contract Law, Strata Knowledge, Contract Administration, Contractual Procedures and all facets of Site Office Management. Educated in the North of England, Carpenter by trade. Held senior positions in International construction companies. Creator and Director of the first national maintenance group to specialise in the overall upkeep of a chain of High Street restaurants.
Established in Australia in 2000 as a Client Manager for the NSW Public Housing managing new builds, upgrades, maintenance, aboriginal and heritage works across the stae of NSW. Senior Project Manager for structures at Darling Harbour and associated surroundings including Pyrmont Bridge, Chinese Gardens, the ICC and the Entertainment Centre.Became an Accredited Mediator in 2013.
Co-founder of SPS to serve the strata Industry (both managers and owners) with factual easy to follow advice on most matters pertaining to Strata living.
With over 50 years in the industry Colin has amassed a great deal of wisdom and knowledge on all trades and technical matters and is well placed to advice on buildability and innovated solutions.
Colin is an adviser and monitor of correct contractual documentation for the avoidance of disputes. Overseeing projects and mentoring parties in need of guidance.
